Responsibilities: Design and deliver in-person training sessions. Identify training needs and propose development plans. Accompany the team and provide feedback. Evaluate outcomes and monitor performance. Requirements: Experience in sales and training (preferred). Strong communication and leadership skills. Results-driven mindset with commitment to continuous improvement. We offer: Base salary of $12,000 monthly + bonuses, ongoing training, and growth opportunities. Schedule: Monday to Saturday.
