Responsibilities * Preparation of coffee-based beverages using manual espresso machines * Mastery and execution of **latte art** (mandatory) * Inventory management and product quality control * Direct customer service * Basic equipment cleaning and maintenance * Support during breakfast shift service Required Profile * Proven experience as a Barista * Proficiency in operating manual espresso machines (not automatic) * Solid mastery of **latte art (a practical test will be conducted)** * Excellent personal presentation * Dynamic attitude and customer-service orientation * Flexible availability for scheduling Working Hours * 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Sunday, with one weekday day off. We Offer * Monthly salary of $10,000 to $11,500 (based on experience), plus weekly tips. Salary: $10,500\.00 \- $11,500\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
