Summary Strengthen the knowledge and skills of apprentices in the theory and practice of control systems, and open up career paths in electromechanics and mechatronics for students in the dual training program. Tasks and Responsibilities * Implement the Mubea apprenticeship program according to the established schedule. * Ensure apprentices complete reports, projects, grades, and evaluations. * Be responsible for machinery and equipment, training materials, and assigned personnel. * Manage inventory and control of instructional materials required for practical exercises. * Administer and monitor apprentice attendance through the TRESS system. * Support recruitment and selection of apprentices under the Mexican Dual Training model. * Assist with external services necessary for program implementation and continuity (transportation, restrooms, cafeteria, payroll, etc.). Education / Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronic Engineering. * Experience with FESTO electronic, pneumatic and hydraulic teaching systems. * Experience in robotics, preferably MOTOMAN. * Teaching experience in theoretical and practical classroom instruction. * Basic knowledge of electric welding, MIG welding and oxy-fuel cutting.
