He/she is responsible for delivering a robust, proven and reliable mechanical solutions in required time, quality and cost. **Responsabilities:** * Reports to Application Leader in term of tasks based on assignment into particular project * Leads all PD tasks related to successful Job1 and profitable product in terms of mechanical engineering. * Develop concepts for innovative products with regard to feasibility, cost, lifespan customer and legal requirements * Responsible for mechanical BOM release \& updates * Applies and ensure application of the best design and process practices (DGL, Rules), standard parts, Lessons Learned, CAD standards and CAD methodology and customer specific requirements. * Provides suggestions for creating and updating DFMEA. * Ensure application of proper data management system and information exchange within the project team * Cooperates at creation of DFMEA, CAE plan, DV plan, component test and certification in compliance with the CDP/VPDS/VBOS and customer specifications as well as legal requirements. * Supports Technical Design Review (TDR ) of given project.
