




ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: * Completed bachelor's degree in Public Accounting or a related field. * Experience: minimum 2 years in the auditing area (external auditing for companies is preferred). * Proficiency in **intermediate or advanced Excel**. * **Knowledge** of local and international **regulatory frameworks** (NIF, IFRS). * **Application of NIFs and NIAs**. * Tax knowledge. * **Intermediate English proficiency** (primarily written; speaking ability is desirable). * **Availability to travel** within the Bajío region. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Review of financial statements and their notes. * Preparation of deliverable reports for the group auditor (inter-office reports). * Monitoring of staff-reported hours on projects, tracking processes and information status. * Review of tax reports and opinions (SIPRED). * Preparation of working papers. * Internal control review. * Substantive and detailed testing. * Review of tax accounts and determinations. * Drafting of management recommendation letters and representation letters. * Identification of improvements in the audit process. * Participation in meetings and client engagement for assigned projects. * Coordination of working paper reviews with managers and partners.
