Opportunity to work with a world leader in recreational vehicles **Section I:** General Description Ensure the implementation of quality policies and procedures to provide a quality product that meets the design parameters within the process. **Section II:** Experience and Education Professional degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering. **Section III:** Knowledge, Skills, and Certifications 80% bilingual. SPC. Knowledge of ISO 9000\. Control Plans and FMEA. Leadership skills. Geometric tolerances. Computer skills in Microsoft. Problem\-solving techniques. Statistical techniques. PFMEA, DOE, QFD, PPAP. Strong analytical skills. Knowledge of NDT and MPI, UT. Knowledge of material composition. Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Control in general welding processes (TIG and MIG) **Section IV:** Main Duties and Responsibilities Provide leadership for process control within operations. Problem resolution with suppliers and customers. Support the corrective action system (internal and external). Provide technical support to Mfg. Eng. and Manufacturing regarding product quality and its function within the design. Establish quality gauge requirements for processes. Provide leadership to quality control engineers and technicians. Work closely with Engineering and Manufacturing in capability studies, gauge R\&R, and DOE. Perform any other duty or responsibility assigned by the department supervisor. Carry out activities related to safety. Participate in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) as defined for the position in relation to ISO 9001:2015\. Comply with safety rules as determined according to the position.
