Borescope report Overhaul Technical recommendations. * Second Engineer of the Test Cell at the Veracruz Plant \& Test Cell Technical Support * Applies advanced principles and concepts in testing and troubleshooting. Is a recognized expert in test, has working knowledge of other engineering disciplines as they would apply to specialization; eg. Engine systems, controls. * In addition to knowing where to get issues resolve and provide feedback, knows who the decision makers are for all types of issues, and how to present issues to them for final resolution. Participates in organizational debates on issues concerning Test Cell. * Able to represent Solar Production Test in meetings with the customer on special testing and other issues out of the realm of normal testing. * Resolution of mechanical issues on engines when testing them. * Verification of test cell report.
