(BOMs, DVP\&Rs, DFA/DFM, FMEAs, PDP). * Supporting industrialization engineering and manufacturing trials for pre\-series product builds and process trials. * Support manufacturing for serial production issues and cost reduction programs. * Interface with customers/suppliers in technical contract reviews. * Initiate and lead product quality improvements and cost reductions activities. * Identify, communicate, and implement continuous improvement opportunities. * Follow all documented procedures and standardized work forms and standards. **Skills \& Strengths:** * Degree in engineering required; B.S.
