As a Master Planner, you will ensure a resilient, flexible, and synchronized End\-to\-End (E2E) supply chain. Your mission is to guarantee accurate production planning and resource management at the Mission Hills plant, driving operational efficiency and superior customer service. You will act as a digital ambassador and a second\-in\-command for the department, leading continuous improvement projects and mentoring the team. Responsibilities: * Production \& Capacity Planning: Manage short and long\-term production schedules, performing monthly capacity analyses to balance demand with available resources and mitigate supply risks. * System\-Driven Strategy: Drive "100% System Driven Planning" by maintaining SAP master data and utilizing digital tools to automate processes and minimize SLOB (Slow Moving and Obsolete) inventory. * E2E Collaboration: Partner with Global Supply Chain, Logistics, and Customer Service to execute supply network strategies and meet key performance indicators (KPIs). * Innovation \& Transitions: Support New Product Introductions (NPI) by coordinating with Marketing, Finance, and Quality; lead portfolio transitions and discontinuations to reduce scrap impact. * Digital Leadership: Act as a lead for Digital \& Analytics implementations, utilizing AI and E2E tools to identify inventory risks and streamline the supply chain. * Leadership \& Development: Serve as the deputy team lead, implementing improvement projects and training the staff on advanced planning methodologies and company standards. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in Production Planning, Demand Planning, or Supply Network Planning (SNP) within manufacturing or logistics. * Advanced level knowledge of SAP. * Proven experience working with Digital \& Analytics tools (e.g., AI Hub, Gemini Tools). * Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.
