We are seeking an **Industrial Designer** Your mission will be to design and develop gaskets in accordance with customer technical specifications and company requirements, as well as to operate cutting machines such as Laser, Plotter, and Water Jet. Your role will be to ensure that each requirement meets high standards of precision, functionality, and quality, contributing to efficient, safe, and on-time manufacturing. Duties and/or Responsibilities: * Gathering requirements, product design, presentation of work proposals. * Developing product prototypes * Interpretation of diagrams * Operating cutting machines * Designing from scratch according to customer needs * Issuing designs for manufacturing * Functional testing of gaskets Requirements: * **Proficiency in CAD design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CorelDRAW or similar)** * **Interpretation and creation of engineering drawings or technical diagrams** * **Experience operating cutting machines preferred (Laser, Plotter, Water Jet)** * **Knowledge of gaskets preferred** We Offer: * **MXN $15,000–17,000 gross per month** * **Biweekly payment** * **5% savings fund** * **100% IMSS coverage from day one** * **Statutory benefits**: vacation, year-end bonus, and vacation premium Schedule: * **Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 6:06 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break** ***APPLY HERE: Please complete the following survey to apply for this position:*** *https://forms.gle/3T322k9GDw44mm4z5* *Applications submitted by any method other than the above survey will NOT be accepted.* Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $17,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
