




Job Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Analyst to manage personnel administration, payroll, recruitment, and organizational development with autonomy and direct responsibility. Exposure to decision-making and full area management We are a consultancy specialized in Human Resources, Payroll, and Accounting services, and we are currently looking for a **Human Resources Analyst** to provide direct support to one of our clients. If you are interested in developing your career in HR, working autonomously, and assuming direct operational responsibility, this opportunity is for you. **What will you do in this role?** *Personnel Administration* * Integration and control of physical and digital employee files. * Employee support (e.g., salary inquiries, benefits, etc.). * Incident tracking (vacations, leaves of absence, medical leaves). * Delivery of stamped payroll receipts for signature. *Payroll* * Updating personnel records in CONTPAQi Nóminas (hires, terminations, modifications). * Submitting personnel actions to IMSS (via responsible department). * Validating incidents prior to payroll closing. *Recruitment* * Recruitment and selection of operational staff. * Posting job openings and conducting initial interviews. * Tracking hiring processes. *Organizational Development* * Onboarding new hires. * Supporting training initiatives and workplace climate programs. * Promoting a positive work environment. * Ensuring compliance with departmental administrative procedures. * Organizing internal events and activities, including logistical support and coordination. **HR Metrics Control and Analysis** * Developing and monitoring KPIs to measure and evaluate employees. * Generating monthly reports. * Identifying opportunities for improvement in personnel management. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Accounting, or related field (student or graduate). * Minimum 1.5–2 years of experience in a similar position. * Basic–intermediate knowledge of the Mexican Federal Labor Law. * Proficiency in Excel. * Prior experience with CONTPAQi Nóminas is desirable. * No mobility constraints to PIQ. **We are looking for someone with:** ✔ Empathy and assertive communication ✔ Organization and autonomy ✔ Professionalism and confidentiality ✔ Conflict resolution capability ✔ Sense of responsibility (will work directly with the Department Head).
