




Job Summary: Assist in the preparation and presentation of food in dining facilities, ensuring quality, flavor, and compliance with hygiene protocols. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation of cold and hot dishes with quality and temperature control. 2. Verification of taste and texture according to recipes. 3. Application of hygiene procedures and record-keeping controls. General Objective: Assist Cook A and supervisors in the preparation and presentation of all food served in Dining Facilities, following company-established protocols. Responsibilities: * Prepare cold or hot dishes, ensuring food quality and temperature at the time of service. * Verify that the taste and texture of foods conform to the various recipes being prepared. * Assist with inventory taking and support Cook A in their duties. * Review and ensure proper implementation of kitchen hygiene procedures. * Complete and review temperature logbooks in accordance with the Distintivo H standard. * Properly maintain the FIFO system for all products under their responsibility. * Clean the kitchen and tools used during and after service.
