Key Responsibilities: * Record supplier invoices and service invoices acquired by the company, credit memos, and others. * Maintain control and management of petty cash. * Process corresponding payments to suppliers or service providers. * Confirm deposits from various branches. * Perform bank reconciliations. * Generate supplier payment reports. Required Knowledge: CFDI 4\.0, XML, tax validation. Accounting entries, reconciliations, and aging of balances. ERP system proficiency (CONTPAQi, SAE, SAP, Adminpaq, or similar). Intermediate Excel skills. Competencies: Organization, analysis, follow-up, and control. Professional communication and negotiation. Working under pressure and meeting closing deadlines. Experience: 1–2 years in accounts payable or accounting. Education: Technical degree, TSU, or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or Finance.
