Universidad (Querétaro) * Position Objective: To plan, direct, organize, control, and evaluate the branch kitchen operations. * Experience: In this position or similar. Main Responsibilities: \* Recruitment of new kitchen staff. \* Training and talent development for team members. \* Inventory control and management. \* Costing. \* Evaluation of kitchen staff. \* Development and implementation of improvement strategies. \* Ensuring adherence to good hygiene practices in food handling. \* General kitchen supervision and control. \* Creation of new dishes.
