Job Objective Execute and ensure kitchen procedures so that dishes meet standards for quality, presentation, cleanliness, and food safety, supporting the team’s smooth operation during service. Main Responsibilities * Monitor refrigeration and hot line temperatures. * Apply product rotation and labeling. * Disinfect vegetables and prepare ingredients. * Perform cuts, recipes, and sub-recipes according to standards. * Prepare dishes ensuring quality and presentation. * Inspect finished products before service dispatch. * Maintain constant cleanliness of the work area. * Assist with inventory and orders as required by operations.
