### **Civil Engineering Teacher – Bachelor's Degree Level** **Location:** Querétaro, Qro. **Position Type:** Hourly teaching At the **Universidad Cuauhtémoc Plantel Querétaro**, we are seeking a **Civil Engineer** with experience in the field to join the School of Architecture, possessing skills to deliver knowledge in key subjects aimed at the technical and professional development of our students. ### **Required Profile:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (certified graduate). * **Essential:** Graduate studies in structures, construction, or project management. * **Experience:** University-level teaching experience (desirable) and verifiable professional practice in structural design or construction budgeting. ### **Solid Knowledge in:** * Analysis and structural design of residential buildings. * Use of specialized software (AutoCAD, SAP2000, OPUS OLE or similar). * Integration of direct and indirect costs, estimations, and budget control. * Current construction regulations and construction supervision processes. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Deliver theoretical\-practical classes, linking content with real architecture and construction projects. * Guide students in developing applied structural and budgetary proposals. * Evaluate academic performance through assignments, technical exercises, and integrative projects. * Participate in institutional academic processes related to teaching planning and evaluation. **Subjects and Schedules:** * **Structural Calculation for Residential Buildings:** Mondays from 11:00 to 13:30 h and Thursdays from 08:30 to 11:30 h. * **Construction Costs and Budgets:** Mondays from 16:30 to 18:00 h, Tuesdays from 18:00 to 19:30 h, and Thursdays from 16:30 to 18:00 h. * **Kinematics and Dynamics:** Mondays from 08:30 to 10:00 h, Tuesdays from 18:00 to 19:30 h, and Thursdays from 07:00 to 08:30 h. * **Steel Structures:** Tuesdays from 15:00 to 16:30 h, Wednesdays from 15:00 to 18:00 h, and Thursdays from 18:00 to 19:30 h. * **Structural Modeling and Monitoring:** Mondays from 18:00 to 19:00 h, Wednesdays from 19:00 to 21:00 h, and Thursdays from 19:30 to 21:00 h. * **Construction Materials and Methods:** Mondays from 07:00 to 08:30 h, Tuesdays from 08:30 to 10:00 h, Wednesdays from 11:30 to 13:00 h, and Thursdays from 11:30 to 13:00 h.
