




DESCRIPTION **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Educational guidance:** Guide students in their learning process through constructivist techniques that promote their cognitive, emotional, and social development. * **Project-based work:** Design and implement project-based activities in English and Spanish, integrating various areas of knowledge to foster active and meaningful learning. * **Assessment and follow-up:** Regularly observe and assess students' progress, clearly and promptly communicating their achievements and areas for improvement to families. * **Interdisciplinary collaboration:** Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to plan and implement activities that address individual and group student needs. * **Learning experience design:** Create activities that stimulate curiosity, critical thinking, and interest in learning. * **Pedagogical flexibility:** Adapt teaching approaches and strategies according to group characteristics, school context, and emerging situations. * **Educational innovation:** Incorporate innovative resources and methodologies to enrich the learning experience and enhance student engagement. REQUIREMENTS **REQUIREMENTS** Bachelor's degree in Preschool Education / Educational Psychology / Pedagogy or related field (degree / license) Work experience: 3 years at preschool level. **ESSENTIAL** Proactive / loving / empathetic / respectful / honest / responsible Interpersonal skills and affective communication abilities to interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
