Requirements: * Education: Industrial Engineering * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position * Knowledge of Lean manufacturing. Responsibilities: * Review compliance with processes in each of the areas. * Review failures occurring in the processes. * Promote the kaizen philosophy within the organization through continuous improvement methodologies to increase quality and productivity in different areas. * Audit procedures in each area. * Conduct Kaizen cells to implement improvements. * Review and follow-up on dissatisfaction issues applicable to the program. * Implement improvements together with staff from each area to increase productivity and improve profitability. * Achieve cost reduction and increased productivity based on improvements made in the areas. * Prepare minutes, documents, dashboards, and tools to support the implementation and maintenance of the kaizen culture within the franchise.
