**Position Objective:** Plan, coordinate, supervise, and execute industrial plant construction projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, costs, quality, and safety standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop the project master plan, schedules, budgets, and execution strategies. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and supervise contractors and suppliers. * Manage human, technical, and financial resources assigned to the project. * Ensure compliance with legal regulations. * Identify risks **Job Requirements:** **Education:** * Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * Preferred: Master's degree in Project Management or similar. **Experience:** * Minimum of 4 years managing multiple simultaneous projects (plant start-ups for material processing or machinery start-ups). * In-depth knowledge of industry-applicable regulations. * Experience leading teams and coordinating multiple contractors. * Coordination and supervision of all disciplines involved in projects: Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Safety, and HVAC. * Design and construction **Technical Knowledge:** * Project planning and control. * Knowledge of mineral processing equipment (Preferred). * Industrial safety, civil protection, and environmental regulations. * Knowledge of mining industrial engineering processes (Preferred). * Improvement, design, and selection of process equipment and automation systems. **Skills:** * Project management * Leadership and decision-making * Negotiation and conflict resolution * Effective communication * Strategic thinking Job type: Full-time Salary: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company car * Company phone Application Question(s): * What is your salary expectation? * Do you have a Master's degree or diploma in Projects?
