




Job Description A growing company is seeking a Human Resources Intern to support activities related to talent acquisition and personnel logistics, gaining practical experience in a professional environment under the direct supervision of the Human Resources Department while adhering to internal policies and confidentiality requirements. Key Responsibilities Support in posting and tracking job vacancies on employment platforms. Reviewing and organizing resumes according to required profiles. Assisting in coordinating interviews (scheduling and communicating with candidates). Tracking candidates throughout the recruitment process. Supporting onboarding logistics (document control and initial coordination). Updating Human Resources databases and records. General administrative support for the department. Required Profile Currently enrolled student in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources. Strong organizational and communication skills. Basic proficiency in digital tools (email, Microsoft Office or similar). Proactive learning attitude, sense of responsibility, and professional ethics.
