Our commitment to innovation, technical support, and product excellence has positioned us as one of the leading references in the national market. **Position objective**: To ensure a continuous, efficient, and timely domestic and international supply flow for BGS Technic México by comprehensively managing purchase orders, logistics processes, documentation, pricing, and communication with suppliers. Additionally, to provide occasional support to Management in strategic or administrative activities related to procurement and internal projects. **Key responsibilities:** * *International and Domestic Procurement* * Create purchase orders for domestic and international suppliers. * Track production, shipments, and documentation. * Update estimated arrival dates in ERP. * *Supply Chain and Logistics* * Manage goods release at warehouse. * Procure spare parts and special materials. * Monitor monthly consumption and implement preventive replenishment. * *Communication with Sales and Suppliers* * Provide daily updates on availability and arrivals. * Review supplier photos, technical specifications, and materials. * Manage layouts, barcodes, and QR codes. * *Pricing and Quotation Administration* * Update prices and quotations in ALPHA. * Print and review quotations for sales. * *Financial Control and Payments* * Manage supplier payment schedule. * Support Accounting with data for period-end closings. * *Occasional Support to Management* * Coordinate internal projects. * Monitor strategic suppliers. * Prepare analytical or executive reports. * Coordinate corporate visits or audits. **What we require:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics. * Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience. * Advanced-to-expert level English. * German (desirable). * Experience managing procurement and logistics KPIs. * Ability to work cross-functionally (with logistics, sales, finance, and warehouse teams). * Strong organizational skills, clear communication, ability to work under pressure, and sense of urgency. **Benefits:** * Monthly gross salary: $30,000.00 – $40,000.00. * Statutory benefits (IMSS, vacation, vacation bonus, PTU). * Hybrid cafeteria. * Transportation assistance. * Work equipment. * Job stability. **Desired education level:** Bachelor’s degree (completed) **Desired experience level:** Mid-level **Departmental function:** Administrative / Secretarial **Industry:** Wholesale trade / Wholesaling **Skills:** * Procurement and supply chain * Advanced ERP proficiency * Professional advanced English *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j_id=69457caf69000042003634aa&source=indeed*
