Job Summary: This role involves continuous monitoring of units, validation of shipping schedules, incident reporting, activation of security protocols, data analysis, and executive communication. Key Responsibilities: 1. Continuous monitoring of units and validation of shipping schedules. 2. Activation of security protocols and data analysis. 3. Constant communication regarding the progress of units along their routes. * Continuously inspect tracking platforms for the current location of each unit. * Validate shipping schedules. * Report any route deviations from the established schedule to the Traffic Department. * Report in-route failures notified by Operators to Maintenance. * Verify through continuous monitoring that units comply with Time Restrictions according to the assigned service. * Submit Operator and assigned unit data to Custody. * Activation of Security Protocols. * Data analysis and report writing. * Constant communication with Executives regarding the progress of units along their routes. * Security protocols (Speeding, Unauthorized Stops, Route Deviations).
