Workshop Manager Requirements * Completed degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Workshop Manager or in a similar role * Personnel management experience * Experience with premium vehicles Key Responsibilities: Oversee the sales and delivery operations for new vehicles, and control the inventory of units received from the factory—including their coding—in accordance with Distributor and Brand policies. Required Knowledge: * Preparation of sales and inventory reports * Updating the physical inventory of new vehicles * Processing license plates, vehicle registration, and mandatory vehicle inspections for new cars, to support pre-delivery requirements * Informing sales staff about brand announcements, new policies, and new products, to keep them updated * Verifying that new vehicles are fully paid before delivery, to notify sales advisors and issue cash receipts * Delivering new vehicles in prepared condition, according to the scheduled delivery date agreed with the customer * Preparing and submitting monthly closing reports on time, per the schedule established by the Brand, for internal control; updating and maintaining the system to ensure timely access to information regarding available units at the Distributor * Providing seller commission data to Accounting for timely payment; preparing insurance policies to initiate processing with the insurer We Offer: * Competitive base salary * Attractive commission structure * Statutory benefits * Savings Fund Why Join Us?
