We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Zion & Ebenezer Technologies in the Querétaro Industrial Park In this position, you will be responsible for supervising and directing maintenance operations to ensure that our equipment and machinery operate efficiently and without interruption. Your leadership and technical skills will be crucial to maintaining high standards of quality and safety in our work environment. Requirements: * Degree in Industrial Maintenance Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (preferred) * 2 years of experience in supervisory or technical leadership roles (minimum) * Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for equipment and facilities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and documentation control * Ability to interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals * Availability to work rotating shifts * No transportation issues Key Responsibilities: * Perform maintenance activities and troubleshoot failures * Complete daily procedures and logs, and propose improvements for interventions and failures (feedback) * Report daily incidents * Efficiently plan assigned activities and complete them within acceptable timeframes to ensure proper operation * Safeguard company assets, equipment, and facilities * Complete and maintain maintenance records and forms * Establish priorities and execution timelines * Estimate time and materials required to perform maintenance and repair tasks * Control and ensure inventory of spare parts and supplies * Analyze data related to maintenance activities and process consumption * Manage corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities * Manage technical support service providers We Offer: * Statutory Benefits * Savings Fund * School Support If you have a meticulous attention to detail and a passion for industrial maintenance, this opportunity is for you.
