What will you do? * Coordinate and supervise on-site security personnel. * Ensure adherence to instructions, protocols, and access controls. * Identify risks and promptly address incidents. * Maintain direct communication with the client. * Prepare clear reports on service-related events. * Verify that the team works with discipline, professional appearance, and order. * Support staff training and follow-up. What we are looking for in you * High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (completed or incomplete) in fields such as Security, Criminology, Administration, or related disciplines. * Minimum 2 years of experience in asset or private security. * Experience coordinating work teams. * Knowledge of security protocols and access control. * Strong communication skills, leadership, and decision-making ability. * Flexible availability for work schedule.
