We are seeking: **Production Supervisor** * **Extrusion experience** * **Experience operating plastic extrusion machines** * **Plastics Technician / Mechanical Engineer / Industrial Engineer (Incomplete / Intern / Graduate)** **EXPERIENCE** * Minimum 3 years verifiable experience in a similar position * Required experience with blow extrusion machines and processes * ISO 9001 certification mandatory * Knowledge of production application methodologies * Knowledge of industrial maintenance * Knowledge of blow extrusion molds **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Preparation, startup, operation, and adjustment of extrusion machines * Assembly and disassembly of molds * Coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance to avoid machine downtime * Conduct agreed-upon product tests to validate container functionality and record results along with corresponding actions taken * Ensure compliance with applicable Good Manufacturing Practices and documentation requirements * Monitor and supervise production to ensure it is carried out effectively and efficiently, while implementing quality improvement practices * Carry out installation, testing, and operation of new equipment according to company plans and continuous improvement needs * Instruct staff on the application of Quality, Safety, and Hygiene policies and standards **WE OFFER** * Weekly salary payment * Monthly bonus * Grocery vouchers * Subsidized cafeteria (50% subsidy) * 100% social security contributions * Direct deposit to your preferred bank * Statutory benefits **Location:** PARQUE, LIBRAMIENTO II, 66072 Cdad.
