




Job Objective Supervise, coordinate, and control production area activities, ensuring compliance with established schedules, quality, safety, and efficiency standards, while optimizing human and material resources. Main Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate operational staff during their shift. Ensure compliance with the daily and weekly production plan. Verify that products meet established quality standards. Monitor proper use of machinery, materials, and tools. Identify process deviations and propose corrective actions. Maintain production records, incident logs, and shift reports. Promote teamwork and adherence to safety and hygiene regulations. Support training and evaluation of operational staff. Participate in production meetings and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements Education: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field. Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in similar positions. Knowledge: Production processes and quality control. Use of performance indicators (OEE, scrap, efficiency, productivity). Safety and hygiene regulations. Personnel management and conflict resolution. Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance. Competencies Leadership and decision-making. Effective communication.
