CCTV monitoring experience Security experience (1 year) Office software proficiency (60%) Effective and assertive communication Customer service skills Concentration and discretion Flexible availability for shift work **RESPONSIBILITIES:** CCTV monitoring Preparation of incident reports during service. Investigation of incidents occurring during the shift Emergency protocol compliance and follow-up Management of general personnel activities during the shift Immediate reporting to direct supervisor **SCHEDULES:** Rotating shifts: 12x36 night shift // 5x2 day shift from Monday to Sunday **Monthly take-home salary:** $17,000.00 MXN. 100% social security contribution IMSS coverage from day one Ongoing training
