Inventory control and resource optimization * Plan and prepare daily menus for STAFF MEALS * Support production for service delivery. * Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen, utensils, and work areas. * Control inventory of supplies and request timely replenishment. * Comply with food hygiene and safety standards. * Serve food on time and in proper form, ensuring appropriate presentation. * Minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.
