




Job Summary: Analyze, adjudicate, and process insurance claims, issue responses, manage payments and denials, track cases, and update databases. Key Highlights: 1. Manage insurance claims from inception to resolution. 2. Communicate directly with policyholders and beneficiaries. 3. Apply insurance knowledge to resolve cases. Responsibilities: * Adjudicate and analyze claim documentation in accordance with policy terms and conditions. * Issue responses addressed to policyholders and/or beneficiaries. * Process payments, letters requesting documents, and denial letters. * Closely monitor escalated cases across various departments. * Maintain daily databases for case monitoring and updates. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Actuarial Science, Law, or related fields. * Proficiency in Excel. * Knowledge of insurance (policies, general and specific conditions, endorsements, claims, etc.). * 1 year of customer service experience. * More than 1 year of experience in personal insurance activities. “Chubb in Mexico is a company committed to diversity and inclusion.
