




**REQUIREMENTS:** Knowledge of FDA, GlobalG.A.P., Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), C-TPAT, and Mexican Official Standards (NOM) related to food, as well as topics in hygiene and microbiology. Proficiency in using Office tools. Experience with standards such as ISO 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001. Knowledge of methodologies for effective team management. Comprehensive understanding of safety and hygiene measures.
