ALTEN MÉXICO is seeking a highly qualified Project Supervisor to coordinate, plan, and oversee the comprehensive execution of a Greenfield project. **Job Profile:** The Project Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. This position will manage both the technical and administrative aspects of the project, as well as maintain effective communication with multidisciplinary teams and national and international stakeholders. You will manage daily site operations, working closely with our multidisciplinary team in a dynamic environment. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate project planning and execution from conceptual phase through to closure. * Supervise construction progress and adherence to the schedule. * Manage resources, contractors, and suppliers. * Review and validate drawings, structural calculations, and technical specifications. * Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and quality standards. * Prepare executive reports and presentations for management. * Maintain constant communication with local and foreign teams (English proficiency required). * Identify risks and propose technical and operational solutions. **Requirements:** **Requirements:** **Experience:** 5 to 8 or more years of experience supervising projects in industrial sectors, preferably in civil construction project management, including electrical and mechanical areas. Experience in Greenfield projects (desirable). Experience in construction supervision and structural calculation. **Skills and Competencies:** Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, PowerPoint). Solid knowledge of structural calculation and analysis.
