Promoter training and development **Job Objective:** Supervise, coordinate, and motivate a door-to-door sales promoter team, ensuring achievement of commercial goals and guaranteeing accurate brand representation to customers. **Education** * **Minimum:** Completed junior high school or high school. **Work Experience** * **Preferred:** 6 months to 1 year of experience in: * Direct sales or door-to-door sales. * Customer service. * Product or service promotion (preferably in telecommunications, insurance, banking, Afore, etc.) * **Required Skills** * Articulate communication and positive attitude. * Persuasiveness and results orientation. * Ability to work under target-driven conditions. * Friendly and professional customer interaction. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate sales team routes and work zones * Monitor daily performance of each promoter * Ensure achievement of individual and team goals * Recruit, train, and follow up with new promoters * Report daily/weekly progress and results to management * Ensure the team maintains a positive image and delivers quality customer service * Efficiently resolve field incidents * Provide on-site support when required (sales, closing deals, demonstrations) Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $8,137.02 - $14,491.21 per month Benefits: * Flexible working hours * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
