**Job Objective:** Fabricate, assemble, install, and maintain metal structures, blacksmithing parts, and components according to blueprints, measurements, and technical specifications, ensuring quality, strength, and safety of all work performed at Apogeo Construcciones. **Main Responsibilities:** * Interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical specifications for metal structures. * Measure, cut, weld, and assemble metal parts with precision. * Operate blacksmithing tools and machinery (grinder, welding machine, cutting machine, drill, etc.). * Perform on-site assembly and disassembly of structures for construction sites, exhibitions, or plazas. * Carry out welding tasks using various techniques (electric, MIG, TIG), electrodes, and flux-cored wire. * Perform finishing, polishing, and basic painting on metal parts. * Verify quality and measurements of completed work. * Comply with safety standards in the workshop and on-site. **Requirements** * Education: Completed secondary school (high school diploma preferred). * Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in blacksmithing, metal structure fabrication, and assembly. * Knowledge: Electric, MIG, and TIG welding; operation of cutting and assembly machinery; blueprint and measurement reading; metallic materials and their properties. * Skills: Precision in cutting and welding, attention to detail and safety, teamwork, organization, and responsibility. ***We Offer:*** Work Schedule: Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 Sat 09:00–15:00 Bi-weekly pay + Statutory benefits + Overtime Position Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company phone Work Location: On-site employment
