Job Summary: Logistics Coordinator responsible for planning and tracking routes, managing transportation units, and communicating with operators and customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and monitoring of transportation units 2. Route management and service tracking 3. Communication and interaction with operators **LOGISTICS COORDINATOR** Required Profile: * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field * Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or transportation coordination * Knowledge of route planning and service tracking * Leadership and decision-making skills * Proficiency in Excel and operational reporting * Flexible working hours Responsibilities: * Unit assignment * Receiving and assigning destinations * Periodic monitoring of unit status during routes * Reporting incidents to customers * Requesting customer authorization for unloading * Sending tanker evidence prior to unloading * Preparing unloading certificates * Receiving unit details * Dispatching units to workshops and follow-up * Fuel requisition * Tracking and interacting with operators We Offer: * Monthly net salary of $25,000 (based on qualifications and experience) * Biweekly payment * Statutory benefits (We do not provide IMSS) Position Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $25,000.00 per month Experience: * Freight Transportation Companies: 1 year (Mandatory) * Logistics: 1 year (Mandatory) * National Highways: 1 year (Mandatory) * GPS Monitoring and Unit Tracking: 1 year (Mandatory) * Interaction with Fifth-Wheel Operators: 1 year (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
