Position Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to manage contracts, clarify water consumption records, and receive customers with a service-oriented attitude and empathy. Location: La Pradera, Zákia, Refugio, Zibatá Querétaro. Position: Full-time. Responsibilities: * Process new contract registrations. * Clarify water consumption records and related billing amounts. * Payment domiciliation, no-debt certificates, legal entity name changes, provision of historical consumption records, sending receipts via email, etc. * Opening, operating, and closing collection cash registers. * Collection of service payments, accessories, and administrative fees. * Customer reception. * Demonstrate empathy toward customers and collaborate effectively with team members. Requirements: * Minimum education level: High school diploma or equivalent. * Experience: 1 year (preferred) in call centers or front-desk customer service. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer service systems, etc. * Service-oriented attitude, punctuality, and responsibility. * Willingness to commute to our offices in La Pradera, Refugio, Zibatá, and Zákia. Salary and Benefits: * Salary: $12,500 net monthly. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Savings fund: 7%. * Growth opportunities. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
