Focus on problem-solving and continuous process improvement. **ITQ is seeking a Process Auditor in Querétaro, Querétaro** --------------------------------------------------------- **$16,500 monthly** **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. **Requirements:** Industrial Engineering, Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management Systems, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience. Knowledge, application, and evaluation of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards. Office (Advanced Excel) Implementation and maintenance of the management system. Use of statistical techniques and data analysis. Solving real and potential problems at their root cause. Diagrams and flowcharts Planning, scheduling, coordinating, and conducting first- and second-party audits. Identification of environmental opportunities and threats. Conflict resolution. Reporting non-compliance activities by other departments. Identification of internal strengths and weaknesses. **Responsibilities:** Preparation of activity reports according to procedures and schedules established by General Management. Ensuring that results and findings from first-, second-, and third-party audits are documented in the corresponding records, with appropriate follow-up until effective and timely closure. Developing and/or updating procedures, forms, work instructions, operating instructions, or any other documents belonging to the management system. Understanding and participating in operational controls per occupational health and safety requirements. Ensuring compliance with internal audits. Supporting customer and certification body audits by facilitating necessary resources.
