




Grupo MOBAX, an authorized distributor of the brands CAN-AM and Royal Enfield with 18 years of experience in the recreational vehicle industry, is seeking commercial talent with leadership, structure, and vision to coordinate our sales team. At MOBAX, we are looking for a proactive, organized, and process-oriented profile to coordinate the sales operations of our low-volume agencies. Join us as: Sales Coordinator Position Objective: Provide operational support and ensure compliance with commercial processes, assisting the sales team with administrative tasks, CRM, training, and follow-up. Responsibilities: Supervise the proper use of the CRM (Upnify). Review and ensure that files are complete and in order for billing. Train new advisors. Identify and report improvement opportunities. Accompany the team at events and during post-sale activities. Coordinate administrative tasks and customer service. Support new advisors at the agency. Required Profile: Education: High school diploma, technical degree, or partial higher education. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a sales coordinator, customer service representative, or commercial support. Experience with CRM systems (preferably Upnify). Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to lead and correct deviations. Desirable experience in automotive dealerships, motorcycle sales, or specialized retail. Compensation: Base salary: $10,000 to $15,000 net monthly (depending on experience). Monthly tiered bonus based on achievement of the agency's total sales targets. Additional quarterly bonus of $10,000 if the agency achieves PAC sales above 7.0%. All our sales positions do not include statutory benefits. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 09:30 to 18:30.
