Join the Vinte team as: **Title Coordinator**. Position Objective: Ensure the authorization of all files to carry out deed signings and resource payments. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Verify and analyze each client's file to submit for management to the credit institution. \- Manage and follow up on visits from the Valuation Unit. \- Monitor the status of files with the credit institution to obtain mortgage loan approval. \- Review final loan conditions to schedule the deed signing before a notary and client. \- Guarantee and follow up on documentation required by the credit institution for prompt loan disbursement. \- Digitally and physically store client information to close the sales process. REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field. * Experience: Two years in a similar position. * Knowledge of real estate credit products and modalities.
