Participate in the continuous improvement of credit processes **DISTRIBUIDORA ESPECIALIZADA VIPLA is seeking a Collections Coordinator in Juan Pablo \- Celaya, Guanajuato** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ° Analyze and evaluate the payment capacity of individuals and/or legal entities by reviewing financial information, credit history, and payment behavior. ° Monitor and update credit portfolios, identifying potential early warnings of non-compliance. ° Collaborate with Sales, Administration, and Treasury departments to ensure proper credit management. ° Review and validate documentation for opening or renewing credit lines. ° Participate in the continuous improvement of credit processes, proposing adjustments to policies and procedures. ° Comply with regulations and internal control standards. ° Portfolio Management: Monitor overdue balances and execute recovery strategies. ° Supervise and lead the team of credit and collections assistants and executives, ensuring compliance with policies. ° Establish payment agreements with customers and manage payment plans through effective negotiation. ° Prepare collections reports for the commercial and finance departments. ° Release of orders (overdrafts due to exceeding credit limits).
