**CNC Machining Maintenance Technician** **Objective:** To resolve and prevent mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in CNC machinery used for manufacturing aluminum parts for the automotive industry. **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machinery to ensure optimal and safe equipment operation. * Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in CNC machinery using appropriate tools and techniques. * Conduct testing and calibration of numerical control systems to ensure product accuracy and quality. * Identify and order required spare parts and components for repairing CNC machinery. * Coordinate and collaborate with other members of the maintenance and production teams to ensure machinery availability and optimal condition for production. * Document and maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities performed on CNC machinery. * Provide guidance to CNC machine operators and setters regarding preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting. **Education:** Electromechanical or Mechanical Technician. **Experience:** * **Minimum 2 years of experience in this position** * Preventive and corrective maintenance of CNC machinery * Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems * Numerical controls: SIEMENS, SINUMERIK 840D, HEIDENHAIN **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with your experience * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Transportation * Cafeteria * Excellent location Employment Type: Part-time Salary: Starting at $1.00 per day Benefits: * Salary increases * Savings fund * Company parking * Medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Experience: * CNC: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
