We are seeking a **Unit Price Analyst** for an AAA residential project located in San Miguel de Allende, responsible for preparing, analyzing, and updating unit prices, budgets, and construction estimates, ensuring accurate cost integration and supporting administrative project control to guarantee profitability and financial compliance of the project. This is a position reporting to the Construction Manager. **Your key responsibilities and activities include:** **A. Unit Prices and Budgets** * Prepare unit price analyses (UPA) for construction items. * Develop base and parametric budgets for mass housing projects. * Update material, labor, and equipment costs. * Generate item catalogs and cost matrices. * Compare budgeted amounts against actual costs. **B. Construction Estimates** * Support preparation and review of construction progress estimates. * Quantify field-executed volumes. * Review generators and generator numbers. * Verify that estimates correspond to actual physical progress. **C. Cost Control** * Monitor costs versus budget. * Identify variances and propose corrective actions. * Prepare periodic financial progress reports. * Support administrative project closeouts. **D. Administrative Support** * Document control for contracts, change orders, and estimates. * Track material requisitions. * Assist in preparing purchase orders. * Manage technical and administrative project files. * Coordinate with the site supervisor and procurement department. Availability is required to support basic safety and hygiene activities, as well as Head Count control in collaboration with HR. **What profile are we looking for?** * Civil Engineers, Architects, or Construction Engineers. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in unit pricing and construction estimating—especially critical: experience in mass housing projects. * Knowledge of UPA, reading and interpreting drawings, volume quantification, construction processes for mass housing, site control, and estimating. * Proficiency in Excel and Neodata. * Immediate availability. **About this vacancy:** Salary: $25,000\.00 net monthly Statutory benefits Work schedule: Monday to Saturday Location: San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato Position type: Full-time Salary: $25,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
