Providing personalized customer service focused on transforming the simple act of purchasing into a complete experience is our top priority. RESPONSIBILITIES: You will be the first person to have direct contact with customers! Through teamwork and passion for fashion, you will make your store the place where customers enjoy their best shopping experience and always find someone to talk to—especially someone knowledgeable about fashion, our company, and our products, capable of advising and guiding our customers. You’re the one who wins customers’ hearts for our brand! Your duties as a sales associate will include: * + Delivering a high level of customer service + Supporting payment and delivery teams + Understanding the latest fashion trends + Restocking the sales floor + Complying with all health and safety procedures + Assisting with other store functions as needed + Demonstrating and selling our products + Store visual merchandising + Product arrangement and display + Labeling merchandise in-store and in the warehouse + Maintaining and cleaning the store’s warehouse REQUIREMENTS: Minimum **REQUIRED** experience: 6 months in sales within boutiques specializing in footwear, beauty, apparel, cosmetics, jewelry, etc. **Salary: Full-time base salary of $10,299 per month \+ Sales commissions \+ Transportation allowance bonus of $1,000 \+ Statutory benefits.** Life insurance Salary type: Bi-weekly payment via SANTANDER bank transfer. **SCHEDULE**: Monday through Sunday, between 10:30 AM and 9:00 PM, with two rotating days off per week.
