**MACHINE OPERATOR** **\- NAVETEC Microindustrial Park, Santa Rosa Jáuregui, Querétaro** **\- Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM** \- Full-time About Us At **IMP (International Media Products)**, we manufacture specialty “ink-on-tape” rolls used in label, barcode, and date printing machines for boxes and products. These tapes help ensure that many items you purchase at the supermarket display printed information correctly. **JOB DESCRIPTION:** We are seeking a responsible **Machine Operator** to operate a jumbo slitter for converting large rolls into smaller sizes, complying with technical specifications and quality standards. **Responsibilities:** * Operate and adjust the jumbo slitting machine. * Set dimensions and perform format changes. * Handle and replace gilet-type blades. * Verify product specifications and finished-product quality. * Prepare and record daily production reports. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Report equipment failures or process deviations. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: **Completed high school**. * Minimum of **1 year’s experience operating machinery of any type of industrial equipment**. * Experience in **handling and replacing gilet-type blades** — not essential. * Availability to work the **afternoon shift**; shifts are not rotated. * Attention to detail and focus on quality. * Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented. **Technical Knowledge:** * Tablet operation. **WE OFFER:** \- Salary: $14,000.00 MXN monthly \+ 10% monthly productivity bonus (paid at the plant). \- Annual bonus equivalent to 20 days’ salary \- Job stability \- Monthly food vouchers worth 1,375 MXN \- 20-day Christmas bonus \- 12 vacation days in the first year \- 25% vacation premium \- We do NOT provide transportation.
