Job Summary: Grupo Sisttemex is looking for a Maintenance Manager to manage material and human resources, coordinate with other areas, and design strategies to ensure machinery availability for production. At Grupo Sisttemex, we are a company dedicated to the design, development, and production of metal structures for electric power transmission; metal structures for telecommunications and construction infrastructure. **We invite you to join our team as:** Maintenance Manager **Job Objective:** Manage material and human resources, as well as coordinate with involved departments, to achieve departmental objectives. Design and implement strategies and/or actions to ensure machinery availability for fulfilling the Production Program. **Your Key Responsibilities:** * Identify critical spare parts and ensure inventory control. * Periodically analyze the inventory of critical spare parts to adjust it according to production and layout changes. * Analyze and establish the organizational structure of the department. * Plan new installations. * Identify risks and opportunities in projects. * Organize human and material resources to control the information required for measuring KPIs. **What You Need to Join Our Team:** * **Academic Qualification:** Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineer (degree and professional license). * **Language:** Intermediate English. * **Minimum Experience:** 5 years in leadership or technical coordination roles. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity, CNC, PLC, overhead cranes, and hot-dip galvanizing processes. * Knowledge of applicable standards and local regulations.
