Over time, it has evolved into a continuously growing transportation provider. We are currently seeking an experienced Claims Adjuster with heavy equipment expertise to join our team in Querétaro. This position will operate in a dynamic environment and collaborate closely with the Claims Department. **Schedule**: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. **Responsibilities:** * Respond immediately to field incidents (rollovers, collisions, thefts, partial losses, etc.), ensuring protection of the vehicle, cargo, and operator safety. * Conduct comprehensive on-site investigations: photographic documentation, interviews, evidence collection, and preliminary cause determination. * Maintain direct communication with municipal, state, and federal authorities to manage vehicle releases, administrative procedures, agreements, and legal processes arising from incidents. * Negotiate and coordinate with insurance companies to expedite damage assessment, claims evaluation, and incident resolution. * Document and manage case files for each incident, ensuring proper organization of reports, evidence, forms, and required documentation. * Coordinate tow trucks, transporters, repair shops, custodial services, and external vendors to ensure proper incident management and asset recovery. * Monitor and update the status of each case in internal systems, ensuring clear and timely reporting to Safety, Operations, and Finance departments. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and road safety guidelines during incident response and asset protection. * Conduct post-incident follow-up for administrative closure, deductible recovery, invoicing, vehicle release, and reconciliations. * Propose preventive actions based on identified patterns, root cause analysis, and incident trends. **Requirements** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Safety, Criminology, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a claims adjuster, claims analyst, road safety specialist, or in operational roles within heavy equipment transportation. * Solid knowledge of the transportation sector, national routes, tractor-trailers, logistics, and field operations. * Advanced handling of highway incidents, negotiation with authorities and insurance companies. * Intermediate English (desirable for interactions with insurers and documentation). * Availability to travel to incident sites at any time (on-call shifts or rotation per schedule). * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting systems. * Excellent communication, decision-making, negotiation, pressure management, and problem-solving skills. **Benefits** * Competitive salary * Health benefits package * Savings fund * Life insurance * Professional career development * Grocery vouchers *At TS Trucking, we are committed to providing equal opportunities to all candidates and employees.
