Handles resident requests and complaints, improving resident satisfaction We are seeking a committed and organized Administrator to manage the operations and functioning of a corporate/residential building. Your mission will be to coordinate staff, maintain facilities in optimal condition, supervise general services, manage collections and payments, and serve as the communication bridge between owners, residents, and vendors. **Main Responsibilities:** * Administer the condominium budget, controlling income and expenses to ensure financial stability. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities, including common areas, services, and equipment. * Supervise cleaning, security, and maintenance staff to ensure efficient performance. * Manage vendor payments and contracts for external services. * Address resident requests and complaints, providing effective solutions. * Organize and lead condominium meetings, presenting financial and maintenance reports. * Ensure compliance with internal regulations and applicable legal requirements. * Implement strategies to improve coexistence and resident satisfaction. * Document activities, incidents, and property conditions. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in condominium administration. * Verifiable references attesting to your experience and professionalism. * Knowledge of financial administration, budget preparation, and expense control. * Ability to handle conflicts and negotiate with vendors and residents. * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * Proficiency in property management software (preferred). * Familiarity with horizontal property regulations and statutes. **Desired Skills:** * Strong organizational and strategic planning abilities. * Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure. * Proactive attitude and customer service orientation. * Adaptability to work in diverse residential environments.
