At **Vialli Grupo Inmobiliario**, we are seeking a **Construction Project Administrator** to join our Operations team. This individual will be responsible for **managing, controlling, and monitoring** construction contracts and administrative processes, ensuring the proper initiation, execution, and administrative closure of each project. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare, manage, and control **construction contracts**. * Manage and monitor compliance with **SIROC and REPSE** requirements. * Administer **construction indirect costs**, advances, withholdings, and final settlements. * Upload approved budgets and contracts into **Enkontrol**. * Issue **purchase orders** to contractors and suppliers. * Request and record **invoices** for payment scheduling. * Record and track **payments to contractors**. * Carry out the administrative termination of contracts (final settlements). * Prepare **schedules**, status reports, and expense reconciliations with Finance. * Perform **bimonthly SIROC uploads** and generate corresponding reports. * Audit documentation for refund of guarantee funds. * Document review for **environmental and regulatory compliance**. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in **Administration, Accounting, or related field** (certified). * Minimum of **2 years of experience** in construction administration. * Proficiency in **Enkontrol**, SIROC, and Office tools. * Experience in **contracts, budgets, payments, reconciliations, and administrative controls**. * Ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments. * Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented. **We Offer** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability and long-term projects. * Positive work environment. * Opportunities for career growth within the company.
