Career development within a leading company We are looking for a Customer Support Advisor (Lawyer) to join our team at Hir Casa! You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating our branch’s daily activities, ensuring achievement of established goals. We seek someone passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and possessing solid knowledge of notarial processes. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00 hrs. (Lunch break: 14:00–15:00 hrs.) Saturday: 10:00–14:00 hrs. Requirements: * + Bachelor’s degree in Law, Administration, or related field. + Prior experience in similar roles, preferably within the real estate sector. + Knowledge of notarial procedures and related legal documentation. + Familiarity with trust (fideicomiso) processes. + Ability to deliver exceptional customer service. + Excellent communication and leadership skills. + Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Main Responsibilities: * + Coordinate and supervise daily branch operations. + Manage notarial processes and ensure compliance with legal requirements. + Liaise with local notaries to monitor our processes. + Assess the legal viability of clients’ projects and properties. + Verify client requirements according to our product policy. + Maintain smooth communication with clients and suppliers. + Prepare management reports and summaries for management.
