Position Summary: Ensure physicochemical quality control of ingredients and products by managing analyses and reports to meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. Key Highlights: 1. Compliance with ISO standards and good practices **Function:** Supply Chain **Location:**Queretaro, GUA, MX **Work Arrangement:** On-site * Ensure proper physicochemical quality control of process ingredients, bulk materials, and finished products through execution of analyses in accordance with Wella policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with quality standards, ISO 22716 guidelines, GLP, and applicable current regulations. * Manage shift priorities. * Perform physicochemical, instrumental, and organoleptic analyses on bulk materials and finished products following the analytical methods specified in specifications, reporting results truthfully, legibly, and contemporaneously in the relevant forms and systems. * Report and investigate out-of-specification results or non-conformances occurring during analysis or monitoring. * Operate laboratory equipment in accordance with manuals and/or operating procedures, verifying appropriate calibration, performing scheduled verifications and cleaning of equipment, and reporting requirements for preventive and corrective maintenance of such equipment. * Control reference standards and retention samples under responsibility, adhering to good laboratory practices. * Prioritize documentary review for product release according to established priority order. * Report any out-of-specification results and execute related investigation activities. Exercise judgment regarding analytical results. * Ensure collection of analysis and retention samples of finished products from packaging areas, as applicable. * Perform administrative tasks within the area, including updating procedures, tracking internal audit activities for process-area laboratories, and training. * Comply with good laboratory practices, safety requirements, and 5S standards. Provide training and support as an integrated analyst in other Quality areas. * Timely report finished product results for release and disposition at distribution centers. * Promote a Safety culture and comply with applicable requirements under ISO 45001 “Occupational Health and Safety Management” within the area. * Promote a Quality culture and comply with good manufacturing practices per ISO 22716 within the area. * Promote an Environmental stewardship culture and comply with applicable requirements under ISO 14001 “Environmental Management System” within the area. * Contribute to and foster a growth mindset and efficiency-oriented environment within the area and participate in the WOW system
